Returns, Cancellations & Refunds


 “My order reached me damaged!”

We take every care to make sure your order reaches you in good condition. However, sometimes, our products might get damaged in transit.

If the packaging looks tampered with when it reaches you, please refuse to accept it, and send it back with the same delivery person.

If the product has reached you damaged, please send us a photograph of the product via email to happythings@PoppadumArt.com within 24 hours of receiving it. We will then send you a replacement at no extra cost. Damage claims filed more than 24 hours after delivery, will not be accepted. 

Also, please note that since the products are handmade, slight variations in color should be expected.

“I don’t like what I see” (Okay, that’s never going to happen though)

In the off-chance that you’re unhappy with your purchase, you don’t need to worry. Just let us know and we’ll have the product back and refund your money. (except the shipping charges, if you’ve paid any). We do not offer reverse shipping from all locations right now, so we might have to ask you to ship it to us - in which case, we’ll pay you Rs.100 towards shipping. Again, please let us know with 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that if you've placed an order of over Rs. 1,000, and wish to return part of the order that brings the final order value to below Rs. 1,000, we will deduct Rs. 100 towards shipping from your refund. There are, of course, always exceptions to the rule - so we will be fair about this.

“I need another size!”

In the case of our HappyTees, you might sometimes need a size exchange. Just write in to us and we’ll have it sorted. You can ship the wrong size to us (we’ll pay you Rs.100 towards shipping charges) and we’ll send you the one you want. Still not happy with it? You can return the product to us and we'll refund the product value plus Rs.100 towards shipping. Easy peasy?
